HYPE Price Tests Key Support With $75 in Sight

According to the crypto analyst Ali Charts, the HYPE price is testing the lower boundary of its established trading channel near the $53 level, placing price action at a crucial technical support zone.

Market participants are closely watching whether buyers can defend this area, as holding support would preserve the broader bullish structure and improve the outlook for a potential upward reversal in the sessions ahead.

Assuming that the existing support holds, the HYPE price might rally back to the midpoint of the channel close to $64, where resistance is projected to form for the first time.

Once this barrier is broken through, the bullish momentum will be further reinforced, and HYPE will be able to break through towards the upper channel line near $75.

Hyperliquid Hits $13.5B Daily Volume, Leads DeFi Perps

The data from Hyperliquid Daily further highlighted that HyperLiquid continues to establish itself as the leader of the decentralized perpetual futures industry in terms of open interest and 24-hour trading volume of $10.6 billion and $13.5 billion, respectively.

This is another indication of HyperLiquid leading by a huge margin compared to other competing platforms due to increased activity on its platform.

The increase in activity clearly points towards growing demand for decentralized perpetual trading from more and more users.

The ability of Hyperliquid to provide excellent trading volume time and again is what has made it a leader. If this trend continues, then it will only bring in more liquidity and help build up its competitive edge.

Following the bullish price predictions and network growth, the HYPE price is moving in an upward direction. However, the general trend in the crypto market is still cautious, and a breakout could turn into a fakeout if conditions remain unchanged.

What Could be Next for HYPE?

In case the HYPE price maintains its existing level of popularity, then buyers will have an opportunity to take back their power and push the coin towards higher levels of resistance, driven by high trading volume within decentralized finance. The development of the ecosystem and increased liquidity could help in boosting the positive trend.
