XRP remains in a consolidation phase as traders watch for a breakout above key resistance, while $13.24 million in spot XRP ETF inflows signals sustained institutional demand. With cumulative ETF holdings approaching $1.2 billion, continued capital inflows could strengthen sentiment and support a potential XRP price recovery toward higher levels.

XRP price remains in a consolidation range while traders watch for a breakout. Steady inflows into spot XRP ETFs demonstrate growing institutional confidence, while historical patterns continue to support optimism. Sustained accumulation reinforces a strong long-term outlook, though short-term price action stays bound.

At the time of writing, XRP is trading at $1.49 with a 24-hour trading volume of $6.7 million and a market capitalization of $93.71 billion. Following the 2.15% gain in the last 24 hours, the XRP price structure and ETF growth point to a bullish reversal ahead.

XRP Price Eyes $7 as Breakout Setup Builds

According to the crypto analyst EGRAG CRYPTO, the XRP price remains within a broader consolidation range as traders await confirmation of a decisive breakout. Despite strong long-term optimism, technical structure remains more important than sentiment.

A sustained close above the upper resistance zone could signal the beginning of a new expansion phase. Until that happens, the current range remains the dominant market structure for XRP traders.

Historical cycles suggest that there have been long-range periods after severe market crashes followed by strong bull markets for XRP. Though history does not assure future rallies, the cycle would support the view that accumulation must continue for certain investors.

If reduced profits continue until the XRP price advances to the $6-$7 price range from a historical low of $0.98, then this would be a critical distribution range.

XRP ETF Inflows Hit $13.24M as Demand Grows

The data from BankXRP further highlighted that net inflows into spot XRP ETFs totaled $13.24 million on August 21. This is the third day in a row that these assets saw positive inflows.

This consistent buying is an indicator of increased investor interest in XRP through regulated investment vehicles and will boost the narrative of XRP overall. The total amount held by ETFs is approaching $1.2 billion.

Further positive flows could serve as an extra incentive for XRP, as the next move of the cryptocurrency on the market is being watched by traders.

Constant ETF inflows mean that even with volatility and consolidation, investors continue to hold their positions. Although fund flows don’t assure a bullish move, a continuous buildup can certainly improve sentiment.

Following the bullish price predictions and network expansion, the XRP price is moving in an upward direction. This move is also backed by the general trend in the crypto market as Bitcoin has started to move upward.

What Comes Next?

Provided that demand for the ETF does not wane and the level of resistance is broken, the XRP price may be ready to experience an extensive growth phase towards higher price levels in the long run. Otherwise, if resistance is not broken, XRP will continue to stay inside its existing trading channel.
