With a common objective for both Tether and NAPP, the focus will be on promoting a conducive regulatory framework that promotes the adoption of blockchain solutions as well as digital assets in Uzbekistan. This involves support towards the creation of legal frameworks, furthering initiatives around digital currency, an exploration into mechanisms used in asset tokenization, and development of its digital payment infrastructure.
Moreover, the partnership lays great emphasis on education and awareness initiatives so that Uzbekistan people can gain the necessary knowledge as well as skills to effectively navigate through the ever-growing crypto world. The director of NAPP, Lee Dmitriy Romanovich, said that he agrees to use new technologies for developing the economy of the country. He pointed out that blockchain and crypto-assets can change Uzbekistan’s economy if they are integrated into respective national infrastructure and services.
