ADA Price Setup Signals a Move Toward $0.195

According to the crypto analyst Crypto With Gopal, the ADA price is consolidating within a rectangle pattern on the 15-minute chart, with price fluctuating between approximately $0.180 and $0.187.

This tight range reflects a temporary balance between buyers and sellers as market participants await a decisive move. A confirmed breakout could establish ADA’s next short-term direction and increase volatility across the market.

A move above $0.187 can increase the bullish strength and allow the ADA price to reach $0.195, indicating that the buyers have taken control.

On the other hand, a failure below $0.180 can increase the selling pressure and leave ADA vulnerable at $0.172. Until such time that one of these levels fails decisively, investors will likely maintain a wait-and-watch approach.

Cardano Launches 2.5M ADA Catalyst Fund

The data from Mintern further highlighted that the Cardano Catalyst Pilot program is launching a fresh round of funding, which is going to see 2.5 million ADA allocated towards specific projects in the ecosystem.

10-15 teams are set to get funding in the range of 50,000 ADA to 200,000 ADA, which means that the development teams get funding to create and grow their applications on Cardano.

Funding shall be disbursed depending on the performance of the project instead of disbursement being done up front.

The first 40% shall be disbursed upon onboarding, the second 40% shall be disbursed once usage targets are met, and lastly, 20% shall be disbursed according to adoption. The deadline for applications is set for August 20, 2022, 06:00 UTC.

Despite the bullish price predictions and network growth, the ADA price is moving in a downward direction. This move is also backed by the general trend in the crypto market as the Bitcoin price has started to move in a sideways direction

What Happens Next for ADA?

A breakout or breakdown above or below $0.187 and $0.180, respectively, will determine the future course of action for the ADA price.

In case of a successful breakout, the price could rally towards $0.195, whereas a bearish outcome may send the ADA to $0.172. Additionally, the 2.5M ADA Catalyst Fund can aid development and adoption of the Cardano platform.
