Arabian Camels and Swapp Protocol to roll out a first of its kind NFT movie

December 10, 2021 by Sahana Kiran

The NFT industry is going places. Now, Arabian Camels, a prominent NFT community decided to take things up a notch by prepping for the launch of an NFT movie.

Non-fungible tokens aka NFTs have been bringing in a wide range of individuals into the crypto market. From celebrities to artists all across the globe, the NFT market acted as a great platform for digitized art. Moving on from just art, a few prominent players like Arabian Camels decided to spruce up the movie business with the debut of Antara Movie NFT.

Arabian Camels entered into a partnership with Swapp Protocol for the launch of the movie. The production of this film would be a first of its kind. The partnership further paved the way for NFT Farming utility. This would be considered revolutionary as the movie NFT holders would be gaining immensely even before the release of the movie.

Arabian Camels’s Antara Movie NFT

Antara is not just a $50 million dollar feature film. The film is the first decentralized feature film to entail the abilities of the DeFi space while being produced by NFTs. Based on the life of a famous Arabian knight and poet, Antarah Ibn Shaddad is all set to change the dynamics of the movie business.

Besides, this movie would stand out because of the NFT Farming utility feature. With this, the NFT holders of Antara would be able to acquire about 100% APY prior to the release of the movie. Furthermore, the makers also intend to allow buyers up to 50% of the intellectual property right to the movie.

Speaking about the same, the producer of Antara, Alexander Amaratei, said,

“My vision was to create a system to produce films that normally cost in excess of $50M, completely risk-free. In addition to eliminating funding risks, this system would allow films to be owned by the fans, the NFT owners. This feat would not have been possible without Swapp’s innovative NFT Farming capabilities and blockchain/cryptocurrency knowledge and platforms.”
