Arbitrum is showing signs of a broader recovery as weekly momentum, RSI, and MACD strengthen despite a recent pullback. While declining trading volume and open interest suggest caution, rising platform revenue, major partnerships, and ecosystem expansion could provide stronger fundamentals for ARB’s potential recovery toward higher resistance levels.

Arbitrum (ARB) is showing signs of a broader recovery after a prolonged downtrend, supported by improving momentum and bullish technical signals. However, declining market activity suggests caution, while ecosystem expansion and growing adoption could strengthen the ARB price’s longer-term recovery potential.

At the time of writing, ARB is trading at $0.1316 with a 24-hour trading volume of $388.04 million and a market capitalization of $879.25 million. However, the ARB price has declined by 6.39% in the last 24 hours.

ARB Price Targets $1.20 After Weekly Breakout

The crypto analyst Michael van de Poppe revealed that the ARB price could be entering the early stages of a broader recovery, with its weekly chart showing signs of improving momentum after an extended period of weakness.

Analysts see potential for the token to advance toward $0.60 initially, while a sustained breakout and stronger market conditions could eventually place the $1.20 region within reach.

However, the bullish outlook does not necessarily justify chasing the current move on lower timeframes. Crypto markets can experience sharp corrections even during larger uptrends, and the ARB price could face several volatility-driven shakeouts in the coming weeks.

Traders may therefore prefer a measured approach, using significant pullbacks to accumulate rather than committing aggressively during short-term rallies.

The technical indicators indicate buying pressure as well as overbought market conditions. For instance, the Relative Strength Index (14), which is at 72.30, is above the signal line but indicates some potential cooling down.

At the same time, there is a strong bullish indication from the MACD indicator with positive bars and the MACD line increasing to 0.01108.

Declining Open Interest and Volume Shows Caution

Coinglass data also pointed out that Arbitrum (ARB) is showing signs of poor market performance due to lower volume and open interest.

Volume has decreased by 38.56% to $642.70 million, while open interest has decreased by 14.28% to $188.60 million. This decrease implies that fewer traders are participating in the market and are cautious about the market.

Despite the bullish price predictions and improving technicals, the ARB price is moving in a downward direction. This move is also backed by the BTC’s rejection from the local high near $81K.

Arbitrum Revenue Hits $6.19M in First Half of 2026

The data from Arbitrum further highlighted that the Arbitrum Foundation First Half 2026 Report reveals a rapid growth of the ecosystem, with Robinhood Chain coming out of the woodwork and the establishment of partnerships with companies such as LG, MasterCard, Cash App, Venmo, Ramp, and PayPal.

It is evident that Arbitrum has become an increasingly important part of the programmable finance environment.

For the first six months, Arbitrum Platform earned $6.19 million from its revenue streams, such as fees, Timeboost, AEP fees, and treasury management.

Additionally, the foundation increased efforts related to builders through open houses and mentorship programs. With additional plans for collaboration and products, the second half of Arbitrum will focus on sustainable growth.

What Comes Next?

What the ARB price will do next would all depend on how the buyers can sustain their move and hold onto key support levels.

The token has the potential to go to $0.60 if the recovery is sustained. But if there is an increase in buying pressure, then the bulls might be able to reach the $1.20 level.
