AVAX Price Eyes $7.95 as Symmetrical Triangle Signals Potential Rally Ahead

Avalanche is consolidating within a tightening symmetrical triangle as traders watch the $7.60–$7.70 resistance zone for a potential breakout toward $7.95. At the same time, Cashlink’s integration with Avalanche is strengthening institutional tokenization, adding a fundamental catalyst to the AVAX recovery outlook.

Avalanche (AVAX) is consolidating in a symmetrical triangle, signaling a potential breakout as volatility compresses. A bullish move could strengthen momentum for the AVAX price, while rejection may trigger further downside. Meanwhile, Cashlink’s integration with Avalanche is expanding institutional tokenization and supporting broader adoption of regulated digital assets.

At the time of writing, AVAX is trading at $7.29 with a 24-hour trading volume of $201.18 million and a market capitalization of $3.14 billion. Following the 2.06% gain over the last 24 hours, the AVAX price structure and network adoption point to a bullish reversal ahead.

AVAX Price Eyes $7.95 as Triangle Breakout Nears

According to the crypto analyst Crypto With Gopal, the AVAX price is consolidating within a symmetrical triangle on the one-hour chart, reflecting increasing indecision between buyers and sellers.

The converging trendlines suggest volatility is compressing before a potentially larger move. Price is hovering around the $7.20 area, while the $7.60–$7.70 region has emerged as the crucial resistance zone bulls must reclaim for momentum.

A successful breakout beyond the resistance level would improve the bullish outlook for the AVAX price, which may climb to the $7.95 level.

On the other hand, if there is a reversal below the resistance level or the breakdown below the lower side of the triangle, then it could become negative for the setup and result in the fall of AVAX to the $6.50 level.

The data from Avalanche further highlighted that European-based tokenization expert Cashlink is partnering its institutional securities framework with Avalanche, helping the blockchain become even more integral to regulatory-compliant digital finance.

This partnership allows Cashlink’s institutional clients to create and manage tokenized securities on Avalanche, bridging traditional financial market players with blockchain technology.

The Cashlink network has generated transactions totaling more than €1 billion and processed over 300 live issuances. The network has been adopted by financial institutions like KfW, NRW.BANK, DZ Bank, Tradias, and Helaba.

With the help of the Avalanche network, these financial institutions will be able to make use of blockchain infrastructure for their regulated securities.

Following the bullish price predictions and network growth, the AVAX price is moving in an upward direction. However, the general trend in the crypto market is still cautious, and a breakout could turn into a fakeout if conditions remain bearish.

What Happens Next?

The AVAX price action will be dependent on how the bulls manage to breach above the $7.60-$7.70 range.

If they succeed, then a path will be laid for $7.95; however, rejection will leave AVAX vulnerable to $6.50. In addition, the Cashlink integration will go a long way in cementing the tokenization narrative of Avalanche.
