Cardano Founder Introduces HoskSaid: A Platform For Engagement & Accountability

Charles Hoskinson, co-founder of Cardano, introduces HoskSaid, a website that facilitates direct interaction between users and himself. This platform is touted to serve as a gateway for users to query him and delve into his past live sessions. A novel concept in the blockchain space, HoskSaid enables users to access videos, tweets, and public statements dating back to 2018.

Through a video podcast, Hoskinson advocated for the existence of a self-sustaining decentralized community capable of independent action. He underscored the core principle of accountability intrinsic to blockchain and web3 technologies. Hoskinson further emphasized the need for politicians to embrace similar accountability, aligning with the ethos of the blockchain world.

While the Cardano founder clarified his non-affiliation with the platform, he affirmed that HoskSaid would set a precedent for exemplary accountability within decentralized communities. Users would gain access using their X credentials, allowing them to directly pose questions during his live sessions, to which he would respond in real time.

Amid criticisms and doubts about Cardano’s resilience, Hoskinson continues to take a firm stance, assuring the community that ADA is here to stay. In a post shared on August 14, he addressed the naysayers and firmly reiterated the blockchain’s resilience in the face of skepticism, and dismissed proclamations of its demise or irrelevance.

Highlighting Cardano’s strengths, Hoskinson also retweeted a post by an ADA community member named St₳kΣ with Pride. The post listed a multitude of attributes that he claimed the leading blockchain possessed, positioning it as a distinct entity compared to other blockchains. This comparison highlighted Cardano’s unique features and robustness.

Not long ago, Hoskinson engaged in some lighthearted banter, poking fun at Bitcoin maximalists who overtly praised BlackRock’s BTC ETF filing with the SEC. While addressing disagreements, he emphasized the importance of ethical discussions within the crypto space and supporting other competing platforms at the same time.

Hoskinson’s commitment to Cardano’s native token, ADA, shines through as he strongly opposes its classification as a security by the SEC. This stance reflected his dedication to ensuring ADA’s unobstructed growth and recognition within the regulatory framework.
