Countdown Begins: 5,000 Shiba Inu Cold Wallets Set to Arrive Soon

May 30, 2023 by Aditya

Tangem, the hardware wallet manufacturer based in Switzerland responsible for creating the Shiba Inu (SHIB) cold wallet, has revealed the commencement date for delivering the initial batch of 5,000 pre-ordered SHIB cold wallets through their dedicated platform.

As per Tangem’s announcement, the delivery process is scheduled to kick off in early July, which is just a few weeks away. Interested users can access the live dedicated platform to place their pre-orders for the wallets.

Those interested in taking advantage of the early opportunity can visit the platform and initiate the pre-order process. It is worth mentioning that the price of each Shiba Inu cold wallet, which consists of three cards, is $77.70. Please note that shipping costs are not included in this price. Users have the option to make payments using either cryptocurrencies or traditional fiat currencies.

To place an order, follow these steps:

  1. Visit shib.tangem.com, ensuring that you have the correct URL to avoid counterfeit websites. If you’re unsure, access the website through the official tweet shared by Tangem.
  2. Click on the “Pre-Order” button, which will redirect you to the checkout page. On this page, provide your shipping address and email. After filling in the required information, click “Continue to Shipping.”
  3. Double-check that your shipping address and the chosen shipping method are accurate. It’s important to note that worldwide shipping typically incurs an average cost of $10. This would make the total cost amount to $87.70. Click “Continue to Payment.” On the next page, you’ll have the option to enter a discount code, if applicable.
  4. If you possess a discount code, enter it in the designated area. Select your preferred payment method from the available options, including PayPal (fiat), Coinbase Commerce (crypto), and Wire Transfer (fiat). Choose the method that is most convenient for you, and proceed with the payment process.

As mentioned earlier, the delivery of pre-ordered SHIB cold wallets is scheduled to commence in early July. This announcement comes shortly after Tangem’s recent giveaway of 10 Shiba Inu cold wallets, the winners of which were announced during an Ask-Me-Anything (AMA) session held today.

The primary objective of the SHIB Cold Wallet is to offer ecosystem investors a reliable and secure offline device for storing their assets. Tangem was revealed as the company responsible for manufacturing these wallets, as previously reported by The Crypto Basic earlier this month.

Can the Shib Army Reignite Shiba Inu’s Social Dominance?

The Shiba Inu community has consistently displayed unwavering loyalty, resulting in increased engagement with the project over time. With the upcoming launch of Shibarium and the distribution of 5,000 Shiba Inu cold wallets, there is potential for the asset to regain its leading position.

In recent weeks, there has been significant excitement surrounding Shiba Inu cold wallets. Tangem, a hardware wallet manufacturer based in Switzerland, recently announced that the delivery of the first batch of 5,000 SHIB cold wallets will occur in July. The dedicated platform is already operational, enabling users to pre-order the wallets.

Individuals interested in utilizing this functionality should access the platform and initiate the pre-order procedure. The cost of each Shiba Inu cold wallet, comprising three cards, amounts to $77.70, excluding shipping fees. Users have the option to make payments using either cryptocurrencies or traditional fiat currencies.

The introduction of this new feature into the Shiba Inu market is anticipated to generate heightened interest in the meme coin. This advancement holds the potential to not only amplify social engagement surrounding SHIB but also potentially contribute to an increase in its price.
