Dogecoin Eyes Rally with Inverse Head and Shoulders Pattern
Renowned crypto analyst CryptoBull_360 highlighted that DOGE appears to be accumulating for something big, forming an Inverse Head and Shoulders pattern on a 4-hour chart.
The analyst also highlighted a Point of Control (PoC) level that aligns with surging volume, a combination generally considered an omen of improving sentiment in the market. “Momentum is building, and this is worth keeping an eye on,” explained the analyst.

Dogecoin Tests Pullback After 49% Rally
Following positive market signals, another analyst, BitGuru, noted that DOGE is now testing a pullback after a huge 49% rally to $0.2496. After this steep climb, the price corrected slightly but is now attempting to bounce back. In BitGuru’s opinion, the current movement indicates that the market is in a temporary consolidation period before determining its next big move.

With technical formations setting up and momentum building, much of the community is eager to see if Dogecoin can break through resistance and start its next leg upward. A confirmed breakout would realistically set DOGE up to retest its highs, possibly even reach new highs.

Dogecoin Derivatives See Massive Spike
Dogecoin’s derivatives market recorded a steep spike in activity as its volume rose 49.57% to $9.63B, indicating increased interest and liquidity inflows. Open interest also rose 15.16% to $3.71B, indicating a rise in active contracts held in the market. The simultaneous confirmation in both indicators usually indicated strong directional conviction, with investors taking positions for probable swings in prices.

OI-weighted funding rate closed at 0.0105%, which shows mildly bullish sentiment in perpetual futures positions. On the positive side, this measure remains moderate in size, meaning leverage is not highly aggressive and sudden liquidation risks are reduced.

The evenness of this measure suggests that, overall, the derivatives market is fairly level, and optimism dominates but is held within limits. More sustainable price trends likely follow this kind of scenario, as sentiment evolves gradually rather than in frenzied spikes.
