Dogecoin Price Could Rally as TD Sequential Flashes Rare Buy Signals

Dogecoin is showing early signs of a potential trend reversal as multiple technical indicators flash bullish signals across several time frames. While momentum has yet to fully recover, traders are watching for stronger buying volume and confirmation before anticipating a sustained move higher.

Dogecoin price appears to be forming an unusual setup amid various buy signs on different time frames, offering investors a valid excuse to pay close attention to the meme coin despite the current decline. DOGE price, although currently under bearish pressure in the near term, seems to be experiencing some relief from selling amid various signals of buying.

At the time of writing, DOGE is trading at $0.07207, with a 24-hour trading volume of $838.27 million and a market capitalization of $12.28 billion. The token has declined 1.33% over the last 24 hours, reflecting continued weakness even as technical signals begin to improve.

Dogecoin Price Eyes Rally as Buy Signal Appears

In a statement published on July 27, 2026, crypto analyst Ali Martinez reported that Dogecoin is “screaming bullish,” based on the appearance of the buy signal from the TD Sequential indicator on the monthly, weekly, 3-day, and daily chart time frames. According to Martinez, it is rare to find such an occurrence on so many time frames simultaneously.

TD Sequential is a widely applied technical analysis tool, which helps in detecting possible reversal points when there has been prolonged buying or selling. Despite having been able to detect reversal points before in different market environments, it is not recommended for use alone by most analysts.

Dogecoin Price Momentum Still Needs Confirmation

Though the TD Sequential indicators continue to give positive signs, the Dogecoin price has yet to indicate a complete reversal of the trend.

At present, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) is at 43.90, and its signal line is 39.51. As the RSI continues to be below the neutral 50 mark, the buyers’ strength is still low. Nevertheless, the steady upward move of the indicator implies that the sellers are losing control.

At the same time, the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) indicator is also starting to show positive signals. The MACD histogram has crossed above zero at 0.00038, whereas the MACD line is trading at -0.00162, which is above the signal line at -0.00200. It shows that the bearish sentiment is decreasing despite both of the lines still being below zero.

Overall, these indicators indicate that the Dogecoin price is trying to consolidate, but more buying volume and upward momentum are required.

What Comes Next for Dogecoin Price?

The next few days may prove to be crucial for Dogecoin Price, especially with the bulls trying to validate the bearish signals identified by Ali Martinez.

If the RSI is able to breach the 50 level along with the MACD printing above zero, then DOGE can see a substantial rally. Otherwise, in case of weaker buy volume, DOGE could continue consolidating or move towards the support levels again.

For the time being, however, the uncommon occurrence of a sequence of TD Sequential Buy signals has once again brought the Dogecoin price under scrutiny. Whether or not this translates to an extended move upwards depends on what happens with momentum and volume going forward.
