Electroneum, Kin, Bitcoin Private, Dent: Hidden gems of the crypto market, possibly

June 3, 2019 by Naveed Iqbal

Success in the cryptocurrency industry, as an investor, needs a lot of attention to locate the best investment chances in the crypto verse. That includes the usual big players such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Litecoin, Tron, etc., as well as those projects which are not so famous. Many investors focus on the best-established coins only. That helps them in staying safe and remaining away from scams while still achieving a profit.

But high profits always involve risks. So other investors, who want to make more money in less time, explore the possibilities in smaller coins and become early adopters of currencies outside the top 50 and 100 list. The list, of course, is ever-changing, and it looks different now as it looked last month or last week.

So, in the spirit of finding exciting opportunities that are not so obvious, in this article we will talk to you about four cryptocurrencies that are still not even in the top 100 list, but that could get there and disrupt the market in the future.

Electroneum (ETN)

Electroneum (ETN) has been scratching the top 100 for a long time, so it’s sometimes on, and sometimes not. But this is one of those projects that could become a permanent fixture at the top 100. It had a lot of attention over the last year. But it seems that the “hype” faded away as its price started to go up, and the crypto verse’s attention went back to the top ten.

ETN has suffered from its fair share of fluctuations over the current year as well. And the chances are that the roller-coaster ride isn’t over yet. It’s a good project with roughly USD 40 million in capitalization as we write this article. So it’s just outside the top 100 – at 135. You never know what’s up in the crypto sphere, it can go beyond the 150th spot for sure, but it will also go down too.

KIN

As hinted above, currencies are getting in and out of the top100 list always. KIN is a good example. Its current capitalization is at around USD 30 million, and it holds the 174th spot. It’s been going down in value, but the currency is up by 4.48% in the last twenty-four hours. The digital asset has been going down not because of its fundamentals or lack of good work from the developing team. It’s just not getting that much attention.

Assets who suffer this kind of fate look as a bad option, for sure. Especially if you bought them as the ICOs were active; however, the future could see the project’s luck turn around and go up.

Bitcoin Private (BTCP)

And then we have some other cryptocurrencies which are much smaller in capitalization, but that hold potential. Some of those have capitalizations below a million dollars. Bitcoin Private (BTCP) is among them. This is one of the many Bitcoin forks we’ve seen reach the market over the last ten years or so. All other Bitcoin spin-offs have fared more or less well. And this one could succeed soon, or fail altogether.

It’s capitalized at less than a million at the 852nd spot. It trades at $0.212447, and it’s been going down very quickly over the last few hours. The coin is down by 26% in the past 24-hours. So, it looks not very well right now, but a coin this size is more susceptible to volatility.

DENT

The last coin we’ll tell you about is DENT. It’s an exciting project that already includes a working mobile data trading environment.

The mobile payments use case makes this currency very useful in the future, but it’s constantly going in and out of the top 100, very much like Electroneum (ETN). It’s ranked at 58th, trading in green numbers, with a capitalization of $147,905,486.

A little attention could take DENT very far indeed, but the mobile payments scenario is very competitive because many other blockchains are also trying to get that market  – again, ETN among them.

Of course, betting on any of these four coins is a huge gamble. It would be a long-term thing and nothing that would make you wealthy or even profitable in a matter of days or weeks. But the options are there, and your own research will allow you to make the best possible choice. And yes, if you ask us to narrow down our liking to two cryptocurrencies out of these four, our top two would be Eltectroneum and Dent.
