Hyperliquid is showing signs of a potential accumulation phase as traders watch key support levels for evidence of renewed demand. Meanwhile, growing activity across HIP-3 markets for equities, indices, and commodities strengthens Hyperliquid’s real-world asset narrative and could support a broader HYPE recovery.

Hyperliquid (HYPE) may remain in an accumulation phase before a stronger recovery emerges, with traders watching for improved market structure and renewed demand. At the same time, Hyperliquid’s HIP-3 ecosystem is gaining traction as growing interest in tokenized traditional markets strengthens its broader real-world asset narrative.

At the time of writing, HYPE is trading at $54.56 with a 24-hour trading volume of $185.5 million and a market capitalization of $13.78 billion. Despite the 1.57% loss over the last 24 hours, the HYPE price structure and network growth point to a bullish reversal ahead.

HYPE Price Eyes Recovery Toward $75 After Dip

According to the crypto analyst Altcoin Sherpa, HYPE may currently be better suited to a passive accumulation strategy than an aggressive short-term trade.

The token could require additional time to establish a stronger market structure, with further downside remaining possible before a meaningful recovery begins. Traders may therefore prefer patience, allowing HYPE to find stronger support and potentially offering better entry opportunities at lower levels.

The first negative scenario is that HYPE will hover around the region of $42, which may serve as a significant level for buyers if the downward trend is extended.

If this happens, then a further reversal can lead to an uptrend towards the level of $75. However, it is required that HYPE first finds some stability and buyer interest before this move gets plausible.

Hyperliquid HIP-3 Expands as RWA Gains Traction

The data from Hyperliquid Daily further highlighted that Hyperliquid’s HIP-3 ecosystem is attracting growing demand for real-world asset markets, with open interest increasingly concentrated across equities, indices, and commodities.

The S&P 500 leads with $490.5 million in open interest, followed by SKHX at $454.2 million. SPCX and Brent Oil hold $254.7 million and $233.6 million, respectively, highlighting strong demand for diversified exposure.

Other HIP-3 exchanges also see significant positioning occurring. Both XY100 and CL trade above $220 million of open interest, whereas MU comes in at $155.6 million, Silver at $147.1 million, and SNDK at $137.2 million.

From the breakdown, it is evident that traders are now leveraging Hyperliquid to enter the mainstream financial market via the use of blockchain derivatives.

What Happens Next?

The next action from HYPE will be based on whether buyers support important support levels and build back bullish momentum.

A drop down to $42 could establish a better accumulation level, while new buying could fuel an attempt to reach $75. Meanwhile, increased HIP-3 momentum in stocks, indexes, and commodity markets could bolster the RWA story for Hyperliquid.
