Technology and financial partnerships have been the backbone of sector development, with many firms recognizing that collaboration is crucial. Geographical borders were no longer a source of concern because the digital infrastructure rapidly accelerated conventional processes.
Infosys and NICE Actimize have decided to take matters into their hands to ensure fraudsters and scammers do not have a field day during this period. The Indian technology firm and the financial crime management organization based in Hoboken will work together to protect their customers from any financial attacks.
An official circular indicated that the two companies would leverage their respective financial management expertise to provide users with a more stable ecosystem. Company organisations, too, are preparing to build an effective roadmap to address new and rapidly changing digital threats. Infosys is launching its ‘Infosys Actimize Software Suite,’ which will be used to speed up critical processes, according to an official press release.
The Suite acts as a series of accelerators designed to allow smooth predictability in implementation and speedier market time reach. Infosys Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Financial Services EMEA Ajay Vij stated:
“We look forward to elevating our partnership with NICE Actimize, known for its market-leading financial crime solutions. Leveraging Infosys SaaS and managed services powered by NICE Actimize, we will be able to deliver significant value for our clients by focusing on three key dimensions – speed, cost savings, and future-proofing. NICE Actimize’s financial crime leadership combined with Infosys’ proven expertise in delivering business solutions will create significant efficiencies for financial services organizations.”
Vendor management has always been a key aspect for clients with a number of companies that have identified issues. The Infosys Digital Platform Actimize blends the best of software and services, thereby raising friction between sales parties. NICE will attempt to leverage the global reach of Infosys to provide services which are not seen in many regions. Infosys officials added that the company’s native SaaS combined with NICE’s managed services will create a much more inclusive and effective customer experience.
Analysts opined that the partnership will allow companies to switch to cloud solutions, a feasible idea in today’s financial environment. Infosys has also been selected by GlobalFoundries for its efforts to transform the digital landscape. A source close to GlobalFoundries has revealed that Infosys will enable it to strengthen its workforce by creating new technical dynamics.
The latest update from Infosys comes on the back of the organization back to normal after the coronavirus attack. Almost 96,000 Infosys employees will be back in the office as the lockdown relaxes throughout India.
