Oasis Pro Markets has SEC and FINRA approval to offer U.S. investors tokenized equities, ETFs, and funds. The landmark move bridges RWA tokenization onshore, enabling 24/7 trading and fractional ownership. Growth now depends on broker adoption, liquidity, and clearer 2026 regulations for secondary markets.

Ondo Finance’s SEC-registered broker-dealer subsidiary, Oasis Pro Markets, has been given regulatory permissions by the SEC and FINRA to offer U.S. investors tokenized equities and funds.

This authorization is a landmark event that brings the first large-scale bridge, so to speak, between tokenized traditional assets and the U.S. retail as well as institutional channels.

Oasis Pro Approved for U.S. Tokenized Assets

Oasis Pro can now distribute tokenized assets through OTC retailing, underwritten primary offerings, private placements, and omnibus account structures. The product portfolio features publicly traded equities (including IPOs), ETFs, mutual funds, and index funds.

The protocol which owns Oasis Pro, focused originally offshore on Ondo Stocks, which it reports has generated volume of over $20B in cumulative volume and $1B+ in tokenized stocks TVL.

The entities concerned with the matter are the SEC- and FINRA-registered investment advisors, and the old broker-dealers who can now access tokenized securities through current custody rails.

Importance on Cryptocurrency and Capital Markets

The decision will allow for tokenizing real-world tangible assets without running against compliance barriers. It will allow investors 24/7 access to trading and settle it almost instantly together with a feature of fractional ownership that before was only available offshore.

Institutions, retirement plans and advisors will benefit from it as well, as omnibus integration will reduce manual tasks and operational costs.

Lastly, developers and blockchain ecosystems will feel their work is recognized because of the move which shows that instead of staying in a few experiments, tokenization will be seen as infrastructure in a bigger context, in sync with RWA tokenization in Treasuries and funds.

Risks Background

There will still be no comprehensive regulatory structure as a guide. Besides that, there’s no guarantee that secondary market will have good liquidity as this depends on broker participation and exchange connectivity. Even so, the event is a manifestation of a Wall Street firms trend of tokenizing both equities and funds by the end of 2026.
