The latest data from Santiment reveals that the Polkadot network is currently the most active in terms of developer commits on GitHub, a popular web-based hosting service used for version control of software code.
In the past 30 days, the network has recorded the highest number of notable GitHub commits, followed by Kusama, Cardano, Internet Computer, and Decentraland.
Santiment’s methodology for collecting data involves scraping GitHub commits while excluding routine updates by projects such as regular Slack updates. This data is valuable for portfolio strategy as markets recover.

AcalaNetwork reported the mainnet launch of the Acala EVM+, which combines the best of both worlds between EVM and Substrate, making it possible to launch Ethereum-compatible dapps on Acala’s DeFi app chain.
Apillon, a Web3 development platform on Polkadot, has launched a closed beta version of the network. Unique_NFTchain also launched the Unity SDK, a simplified solution for bringing blockchain game ideas to life and incorporating blockchain into Unity-based game development.
Bitgreen announced one of the first health & wellness games built on blockchain, called Habbit, which becomes available tomorrow and is free to play.
Other announcements include OriginTrail’s partnership achievements and MantaNetwork’s “getting started with MantaPay” guide. Polkadex continues to develop a cutting-edge non-custodial order-book DEX on Polkadot, while NovaWalletApp announced an integration with Paritytech Signer.
