Robinhood includes crypto into its 24/7 phone support feature

Robinhood, a prominent trading application has been in the news for multiple reasons. While some were good, a lot of them showed the platform in a bad light. Robinhood went on to be one of the most valuable companies in the US to have gone public. However, it was time and again called out for its antics which included leaving out users from amassing gains while volatility was at its peak in the crypto-verse.

Now, after an array of controversies, Robinhood was back with crypto and even revealed that it garnered immense profits via crypto in the first quarter of the year. Further elevating its presence and interest in the crypto-verse, the platform decided to include crypto into its brand new feature.

In a recent blog post, the trading platform revealed that it had rolled out around-the-clock phone support for its customers. After listing out the feature of its latest addition, the platform noted that users could “get any help with any issue, including crypto.”

Furthermore, the platform claimed to be the first major platform to entail 24/7 phone support for its crypto wing.

Robinhood’s latest move towards crypto

The blog post noted that users of the application could call up this 24/7 phone support any day of the year. The company would render to the needs of the customers every day of the week irrespective of holidays. In order to employ this service, users are required to go on to the trading application and request a call. Soon after which they will receive a notification revealing their slot for the phone conversation. The customer service representative would then call the user.

While noting that the trading platforms’ “top value is Safety First”, it hopes to formulate more resources that help its users. The blog post read,
