Shiba Inu’s P2E Game Is Now Bug-Free & Ready To Play

Shiba Inu is gearing up for the beta launch of its play-to-earn Shiba Eternity. As per the latest update shared by notable SHIB member Mazrael, the gaming team has successfully fixed bugs that remained in the Playside build. These fixes will be extended to the mobile version along with other improvements in the coming patch. As the beta release drew closer, Mazrael responded to a critic’s post that hinted at potential issues with the new launch by highlighting its strengths.

He pointed out that the project boasts over 500k players and has yet to touch the Web3 market. Mazrael emphasized the project’s significant progress, noting that its foundation was built by the reputable Playside studio, known for its work with companies like Disney. He expressed his eagerness to experience the blockchain version firsthand.

500k+ players. Have yet to touch the web3 market. Compare with other similar title on Web3.. it’s miles ahead! Base has been developed by Playside Studio which worked for the likes of Disney. I for one am eager to play the blockchain version. But to each their own

One of the key elements of the SHIB P2P game is the Shiboshis, the so-called OG Shiba Inu NFT collection. A total of 10,000 Shiboshis would play the role of heroes in Shiba Eternity, providing access to many trait cards and allowing for significant deck customization when competing against other Shiboshis, he added.

Shiba Inu: Sheboshis, TREAT Token Update

Tech partner firm Bad Idea AI Bot last year proposed a Shiboshi breeding mechanic as a potential spin-off game or feature. They also suggested combining two Shiboshis to create a new, distinctive Shiboshi, with each Shiboshi having unique genes that affected its appearance and skills.

Currently undergoing further upgradation, the Shiba Eternity game is being redesigned and deployed into the layer-2 scaling solution Shibarium. Under the initiative of Shiba Inu’s lead developer, Shytoshi Kusama, the designers recently launched Sheboshis, Shiboshis’ female counterparts.

The launch, which had somewhat of a theatrical flair and was strategically revealed on February 14 with Kusama’s signature style, “Something is Coming,” sent the community into a tizzy. As per the SHIB blog, TREAT, one of the Shiba ecosystem’s tokens, would replace BONE, providing rewards to the collectible card game.
