Shiba Inu continues to sign deals and bag partnerships despite major price drop

The entire globe is now aware of the prominent meme coin, Shiba Inu [SHIB]. The altcoin’s price action over the course of the last couple of months made sure to pave the way for its increased popularity. The appreciation and admiration for Shiba Inu were certainly on an upward trajectory as endorsements and partnerships continued to flow in despite the altcoin’s current price rut.

The crypto market has been in a slump. Almost every coin in the market was painted in red. Shiba Inu [SHIB], however, took a major hit as it sank to a low of $0.00003602, during press time. SHIB’s market cap followed suit as it was recorded at $19.8 billion. This, in turn, forced the altcoin to acquire the 13th spot.

Despite this setback, Australia’s largest video game developer, PlaySide Studios decided to enter a partnership with Shiba Inu Games. Both these platforms were reportedly coming together to roll out a game dedicated to the “Shiboshi” NFT collection that is expected to hit the market in 2023.

Speaking about the same, the CEO of Playside Studios, Gerry Sakkas noted that the collaboration between the crypto and gaming industry was exciting. He added,

“Emerging technologies continue to gather pace, and this is an ideal opportunity for PlaySide to collaborate in this field, expand our skill base and showcase our development abilities. The scale of the agreement with Shiba Inu Games is also significant and highlights the depth of our capabilities as we continue to grow our business.”

This wasn’t all. Another notable crypto-friendly travel platform, Travala decided to onboard Shiba Inu.

Travala has time and again expressed interest in the crypto-verse. From accepting payments in crypto to rolling out a cryptocurrency of its own, Travala seemed to be well inclined towards the industry. Once again proving its love for crypto, the platform decided to welcome Shiba Inu into its system.

In a “token battle” between two prominent meme coins, SHIB and FLOKI, the former made the cut. SHIB emerged as a clear winner with a whopping 3,408,700 votes out of 4,893,600 votes.
