Shytoshi Kusama, principal developer of the Shiba Inu ecosystem has finally acknowledged the release of the DEX ShibaSwap 2.0 on Telegram, and urged users to “Ignore anything that says otherwise.”
Although the SHIB team did not provide a precise launch date, a few weeks back, well-known SHIB influencer Lucie quoted developer Eric M and offered information on what the community can anticipate from the project.
According to Eric M, once ShibaSwap 2.0 is operational, the DEX would be used for token exchanges and develop into a crypto platform.
The proposed “crypto portal” will serve as a platform for news, figures, graphs, trends, and many other things that the community may find interesting.
Apart from adding a crypto portal on ShibaSwap 2.0, the upgrade will also include new and exciting designs.
Launched in July 2021, ShibaSwap is the native decentralized exchange of Shiba Inu that allows users to swap tokens directly without requiring a third party. ShibaSwap offers functions such as staking, swapping, and a SHIBOSHI non-fungible token marketplace.
Meanwhile, the Shiba Inu team appears to have their hands full whether it’s on the upcoming DEX or the flagship collectible card game.
The Shiba Eternity video game has recently received a fresh patch or upgrade, according to Mazrael, a member of the Shiba Inu community.
The new update, called Shiba Eternity patch 1.2.1, has added two key changes: trait cards and a new feature for login rewards. The trait cards that wouldn’t stay in the decks have been renewed and are once more prepared for use.
Additionally, a new feature enabled login incentives for marketing campaigns. Users are advised to follow social media to learn about these transient promotions.
Shiba Inu’s Collectible Game Prize Pool Raised To $1000
The last upgrade to the Shiba Eternity was version 1.1.7 deployed in March which included major adjustments to optimize the game’s memory and performance.
The Shiba Eternity tournament is a community-driven initiative. In March, Shiba Inu’s project lead, Shytoshi Kusama, increased the prize pool to $1,000 while praising the project, and requested that it be held twice a month in March.
Another noteworthy mention of the meme token ecosystem is its Metaverse project where the team shared the latest progress on its Metaverse’s development including the anticipated launch time.
As reported by TronWeekly, updates entailed making changes to the project’s goal and roadmap as well as the introduction of new Hubs.
