Shiba Inu Team Unveils Shibacals: The Ultimate Fusion Of Physical & Digital

Shiba Inu’s much-awaited tangible surprise has been finally revealed. Dubbed Shibacals, the latest offering is a collaboration studio, combining Shiba Inu with physical or real-life assets [hence the term “Shibacals”].

Shibacals is a Shiba Inu service that allows any NFT users to make high-quality things for themselves, communities, or businesses, claim the initiative’s project administrators, who go by the pseudonyms Sentinel-Shibacals and 4Ward.

Touted to be the first of its kind in the crypto space, the product was a result of a collaboration with the American multinational tech giant Hewlett-Packard. HP is in charge of creating the goods with its cutting-edge 3D printing technology.

With its slogan “Print anything you can mint,” Shibacals provides consumers with real IRL toys, plushies, and even Champion sweatshirts featuring Shiba Inu designs through the use of Near-Field Communication [NFC] chips created by HP.

According to project lead Shytoshi Kusama, “each project will have its own financial model” and if for instance, a certain NFT project wants something printed, they can tap Shibacals, and the team will “work with them, make a test, confirm, and then print them/create them and authenticate and ship!”

Shibacals are also useful for individuals who want to produce a unique item. Using the NFC chip and an NFT, the team will authenticate the merchandise. After receiving the service, the item becomes a limited-edition asset, Kusama added.

Shiba Inu’s Shibacals Transcend Boundaries; Here’s How

The previous day, the chief developer delivered the bombshell and made the ominous proclamation, “Something physical is coming.” The 0.8-second preview got fans amped up.

Many speculated the debut is connected to Shibarium, the layer-2 scalability solution of the Shiba Inu ecosystem.

However, Kusama clarified that Shibacals transcend boundaries and are not exclusive to Shibarium. It can also be tailored to operate on any blockchain the customers desire, including Polygon and BTC Ordinals, with the aid of NFC chips.

When asked if Shibacals covers other elements in the memetoken’s ecosystem notably SHIB: The Metaverse.

Sentinel-Shibacals explained- In the first step, a user gets a tangible product that has an NFC chip embedded in it. Next is the chip scan, which verifies the product’s authenticity. The holder may then be routed to different locations, such as exclusive VIP lounges in the Metaverse.
