XRP’s Future: Will It Lead The Next Bull Run Or Fall Behind, A Community Debate

In a recent tweet, well-known crypto YouTuber Ben Armstrong, who goes by the alias BitBoy, shared his opinion about the prospects of XRP becoming a market leader.

According to Armstrong, as long as XRP receives a favourable settlement and no appeal, it is likely to become the top-performing major coin of the next bull run.

He also added that the suppression of XRP is almost over, indicating that the regulatory obstacles that the cryptocurrency has faced could be coming to an end.

This tweet has sparked much debate and attention from the cryptocurrency community. Independent researcher platform, Mohodls, commented on the matter, stating that the SEC has lost 4 out of 5 cases in the Supreme Court, and appealing for the SEC is not a viable option.

Another member, John Smith, replied to Mohodls, saying that an appeal would only delay the inevitable, and from a politician’s perspective, delaying the inevitable could be a good strategy.

Mohodls remained optimistic, stating that the appeal won’t matter, and US exchanges will have the green light to relist XRP if the judge clarifies why Ripple’s token is not a security.

Coinbase’s CLO has already stated that they will relist XRP if the judge makes such a clarification, setting an important precedent.

Community Debates XRP’s Future

Despite Armstrong’s positive outlook on XRP’s recent victory against the SEC, some crypto community members have expressed differing opinions. Specifically, they argue that the victory is only a win for XRP, not for the entire cryptocurrency market.

Furthermore, some have questioned Ripple’s token’s potential, pointing out that it has been a poor-performing asset and would require a market cap as big as Bitcoin to reach $10.

While some community members have congratulated Ripple’s token supporters on their victory, others remain sceptical about the coin’s potential for success. These doubts are fueled by years of over-the-counter deals at lower prices, which some belief could hinder its growth.

Despite these concerns, Armstrong’s tweet and subsequent discussions highlight the ongoing interest and enthusiasm in the crypto community for digital assets. However, which coins will emerge as leaders in the upcoming bull run remains to be seen.
