AAVE is showing renewed bullish momentum as it approaches a key breakout level while Aave v4 records rapid growth on Avalanche. Rising deposits, increased lending activity, and improving technical signals are boosting confidence that the DeFi protocol could sustain its recovery if key support levels hold.

Aave (AAVE) is gaining bullish momentum as it nears a key breakout level, while Aave v4 is seeing strong adoption on Avalanche through growing deposits and lending activity. The combination of positive technical signals and expanding DeFi usage is strengthening optimism around the protocol’s near-term outlook.

At the time of writing, AAVE is trading at $101.31 with a 24-hour trading volume of $268.33 million and a market capitalization of $1.56 billion. Following the 1.85% gain over the last 24 hours, the AAVE price structure and V4 growth point to a bullish reversal ahead.

AAVE Price Eyes $148 as Bullish Breakout Nears

According to the crypto analyst ERROR, AAVE is showing resilience as buyers continue defending the crucial $84 support level, which has become a key zone for maintaining its bullish structure.

If this support remains intact, market analysts believe the DeFi token could regain upward momentum and attempt a recovery toward the $148 target, signaling a potential continuation of the broader trend.

The $84 zone is going to be instrumental in setting the stage for the next big move of the AAVE crypto coin.

A good rebound from this support can help to attract new buying interest and increase the bullish sentiment. On the flip side, any breakdown of this level can hamper the setup and make the situation tough.

Avalanche Aave v4 Deposits Reach $4M Milestone

The data from Token Terminal further highlighted that the v4 version of Aave seems to be catching up on the Avalanche network, with deposits reaching $4 million and active loans standing at around $1.1 million.

From these figures, it is clear that there is an increase in engagement from users towards the latest version of the lending platform on the Avalanche blockchain network.

However, within just two weeks, the deposits in the protocol have increased almost 10x, one of the fastest spikes in the deposits witnessed in new DeFi implementations.

Such fast growth suggests that the stakeholders are anticipating further adoption and growth in the future. If the trend continues, Aave v4 will become a significant driving force in decentralized finance on Avalanche.

Following the bullish price predictions and Aave v4 growth, the token price is also moving in an upward direction. However, the general trend in the crypto market is still cautious, and a breakout could turn into a fakeout if conditions remain the same.

What Happens Next?

The future of AAVE rests on the ability of buyers to defend the $84 support and breach the important levels of resistance.

Success in the move may see the price moving towards the $148 level, but the growth in the usage of the Aave v4 protocol on the Avalanche network will be key to supporting the price in the long run.
