How It Benefits Crypto and Blockchain

As blockchain transactions become busier and more sophisticated, there are more issues of dispute governance, etc. Courts are usually not only slow but are also not capable of understanding technical problems in Solidity or blockchain oracle failures.

The existence of such a panel is good as it gives the disputing parties confidentiality, a quicker resolution, and an award that is valid all over the world through the New York Convention. It allows a crypto-institution/ETF/exchange having an exposure to digital assets to decrease the counterparty risk using a reliable and credible platform.
