Avalanche has recorded $131.2 million in tokenized stock inflows over seven days, led by Securitize. The development adds momentum to the network’s tokenization activity as AVAX attempts to defend a technical breakout and establish the former resistance zone as support.

Avalanche has reported a sharp increase in tokenized stock inflows, with the network recording $131.2 million over the past seven days. The activity was led by Securitize and placed Avalanche ahead of other blockchain networks in tokenized stock inflows during the period.

The development highlights growing activity around real-world assets on Avalanche while AVAX attempts to establish a stronger market structure. The token has recently broken above a falling trendline, putting its next resistance levels under closer market attention.

Avalanche Records $131.2 Million in Tokenized Stock Inflows

Avalanche highlighted that it had surpassed all other chains combined in seven-day tokenized stock inflows, with $131.2 million entering the ecosystem during the period. Securitize accounted for a significant portion of the activity.

The development adds to Avalanche’s growing role in the tokenization of traditional financial assets. Tokenized stocks allow traditional securities to be represented on blockchain infrastructure, potentially enabling new forms of settlement and access.

For Avalanche, the latest inflow figure provides evidence of activity beyond conventional decentralized finance. It also places the network in competition with other blockchains seeking to attract institutions and asset issuers into tokenized real-world assets.

The significance for AVAX is indirect. Increased tokenization activity can strengthen the network’s utility and visibility, but the effect on the token ultimately depends on continued adoption and broader market conditions.

Why Is the Market Watching the AVAX Price?

The tokenized stock activity comes as AVAX has shown signs of improving technical momentum. The token recently moved above a falling trendline and entered a resistance area that had previously limited its recovery.

This will create a good test case for the present breakout. If the breakout continues, traders may take the former resistance level as a possible area of support as opposed to considering the breakout as just another price spike.

In addition, the use of Avalanche as a platform for managing real-life assets represents another fundamental event within the ecosystem. The rise in tokenization and favorable price structure create two different points for traders to watch, which include network activity and the technical breakout of AVAX.

What Does the Technical Setup Show?

Giannis Andreou, an analyst, emphasized how AVAX broke the declining trendline and entered the 9.50-10.30 resistance level. The main point in his analysis is to see whether this region could now act as a support.

This would mean that Andreou saw 11.80-12.30 as the next resistance level. However, a daily breakout and its subsequent confirmation would open more levels, including 13.50-15 and even 17.50-20.

These levels are a part of the technical scenario for the analyst but not an inevitable price scenario. According to Andreou, a move below $9.50 will lower the significance of the breakout, with structural support at 6–7 levels.

The first question is, thus, not whether AVAX is capable of going up but whether it will be able to hold onto the breakout level.

What Happens Next?

Future developments with Avalanche would be dependent upon the continued high level of tokenized asset activities and the ability of the network to gain more issuers and institutions.

In terms of AVAX, the technical focus would be on the recent breakout and how it would manage to hold above the previous resistance levels. A breakout that is able to stay above will shift the focus to the next resistance level, as highlighted by Andreou.

The latest flow on tokenized stocks on Avalanche represents another step towards building an ecosystem on AVAX. The network is attracting attention through the usage of its assets in the real world, while the coin itself is working on forming its chart structure. It remains to be seen whether the breakout will continue to develop.
