Bitcoin’s Originator Transforms into an AI Chatbot: Meet Satoshi Nak-AI-moto

Source- Crypto Daily

The chatbot, named “Talk2Satoshi,” is powered by a ChatGPT model. Its training data primarily consists of Satoshi Nakamoto’s public writings and a limited selection of Bitcoin-related materials. While Satoshi Nakamoto disappeared more than 12 years ago, Pierre Corbin and Hugo Ferrer, both enthusiasts of artificial intelligence, have developed this chatbot to revive the ability to engage in conversation with the renowned creator of BTC. Released on May 31, Talk2Satoshi intends to provide answers to queries about Bitcoin and economics in a manner consistent with Nakamoto’s perspective.

The underlying model used for the chatbot is OpenAI’s ChatGPT, which has been trained on a narrow set of data comprising Nakamoto’s public emails and forum contributions.

Additionally, it incorporates information from various sources such as Saifedean Ammous’ book “The Bitcoin Standard,” Jeff Booth’s book “The Price of Tomorrow,” and Pierre Corbin’s film “The Great Reset and the Rise of Bitcoin.” Further sources are being added to enhance the chatbot’s knowledge.

During testing, the chatbot tends to generate responses that express uncertainty regarding the future of traditional fiat currencies, while expressing optimism about Bitcoin. However, it is important to note that the chatbot’s responses may vary and even provide conflicting answers depending on the specific prompts given to it.

Bitcoin’s Roadmap Unveiled: Perspectives from Chatbot

As an illustration, when posed with a question like “What does the future hold for Bitcoin?” in different forms, the chatbot produced divergent responses, indicating both optimism and uncertainty.

It’s important to note that the model lacks training on more recent advancements in the Bitcoin ecosystem, such as the Ordinals protocol or BRC-20 tokens. Consequently, it frequently responds by stating its inability to offer an opinion on these specific subjects. However, depending on the specific inquiry, it may generate contradictory responses concerning Ordinals and BRC-20 tokens.

When presented with inquiries related to Ordinals, the chatbot produced contrasting responses. In one instance, it stated that BTC is not designed to serve as a platform for storing or transmitting images or other forms of data. However, in another response, it described Ordinals as a captivating and innovative implementation of cryptography.

Corbin expressed that the bot aims to demonstrate the potential use of AI tools in education.

The chatbot exhibits proficiency in generating informative responses to inquiries regarding Bitcoin, including its functioning, mining process, and explaining network elements like satoshis.

Similar to the actual person, the bot emulating Nakamoto maintains a sense of anonymity and often responds with a statement such as:

“The disclosure of my true identity is inconsequential. What truly matters is the decentralization of power that Bitcoin symbolizes and its potential to transform financial systems.”
