Injective remains in a bullish consolidation phase as the token forms an ascending triangle pattern below key resistance levels. Analysts say sustained support from higher lows and moving averages could fuel a breakout attempt, while growing interest in Injective’s DeFi ecosystem continues strengthening its market narrative.

Injective (INJ) is consolidating below resistance in an ascending triangle with higher lows and strong support. Momentum remains broadly bullish for the Injective price, though short-term pressure is cooling at resistance. Rising market attention reflects growing interest in its DeFi ecosystem and strengthening narrative.

At the time of writing, INJ is trading at $5.08 with a 24-hour trading volume of $95.92 million and a market capitalization of $508.58 million. After the loss of 5.72% over the last 24 hours, the question is whether the token could maintain its bullish recovery or lead to deeper retracements.

Injective Price Consolidates Beneath Key Resistance

According to the crypto analyst Alpha Crypto Signal, INJ is forming a clear ascending triangle, with higher lows steadily pressing into a strong horizontal resistance zone.

This structure suggests sustained bullish accumulation as buyers continue defending the upward trendline. The Injective price is consolidating tightly beneath resistance while short-term EMA support reinforces the overall positive market structure and maintains upward pressure.

As long as the Injective price holds on to the support of its trend line and the exponential moving average, the bias will remain bullish.

A breakout above resistance will trigger a powerful momentum move that will see prices rise beyond $6. The more this setup remains intact, the stronger the potential of this breakout will be.

Bollinger Bands and EMAs Point to Bullish Reversal

According to TradingView, the Injective price shows signs of a strong reversal, transitioning from its earlier year-to-date decline into a powerful multi-week rally.

It recently broke above the 20-, 50-, and 100-day EMAs and established them as its moving support level. Nonetheless, INJ has been unable to break above its 200-day EMA, down by 5.15% recently.

Bollinger bands have spread apart impressively, indicating rising levels of volatility as the Injective price moves towards its upper level. The MACD indicator is above zero, suggesting an enduring bullish trend for the Injective price.

However, the lines on the MACD are beginning to flatten out, and the green bars in the histogram are shrinking, indicating a weakening of the buying pressure.

The data from Nazar highlighted that Injective (INJ) has climbed its way up to the top of the trending crypto assets in America on CoinGecko, beating popular cryptos such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Hyperliquid.

This shows an increasing interest from the market in the project’s finance ecosystem, which is supported by their blockchain specifically designed for trading.
