Upbit has added Conflux’s CFX token across KRW, BTC, and USDT trading markets, expanding access for South Korean traders. The listing arrives as Conflux continues developing its PayFi ecosystem, increasing network upgrades, and attracting attention from investors following higher trading activity.

South Korean crypto exchange Upbit announced plans to add Conflux’s CFX token on July 31. The Upbit CFX listing covers Korean won, Bitcoin, and Tether markets. Trading was initially set for 16:00 Korea Standard Time.

The Upbit announcement was made at 14:00 KST. The exchange had hoped for the services to be opened within 90 minutes through Conflux eSpace, but both services began at 16:45 KST, after the exchange delayed both services.

How Upbit CFX Listing Expands Trading Access

Through the Upbit CFX listing, users can trade CFX directly in the Korean won market without first converting their funds into Bitcoin or a stablecoin. The markets of BTC and USDT offer two different crypto-based trading pairs.

The three most recent prices of CFX on Upbit as of 13:30 KST were 58.25 won, 0.00000062 BTC, and 0.04044 USDT. The exchange used CoinMarketCap prices to set opening trading restrictions.

The exchange prohibited all buy orders for five minutes after the trade initiation and any sell orders that were priced 10% lower than the last closing price. Limit orders were permitted only during the first two hours of the trade.

Upbit CFX Listing Puts Tokenomics in Focus

As of writing, Conflux (CFX) is trading around $0.04077, experiencing a fall of 0.64% in the past 24 hours. The trading volume reached around $70 million, having increased by approximately 1041.62%, while the market capitalization stood near $212 million.

The Upbit CFX listing supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through Conflux eSpace. The tokens, which have been deposited through Core Space or any other network that is not supported, will not be automatically credited. The recovery process can take a long time, and recovery is not guaranteed.

With the supply side, the genesis allocation of the Conflux Network tokenomics started with 5 billion CFX. This amount was split among the Ecosystem Fund, founders, private investors, the Community Fund, and the Conflux Foundation.

Most of the vesting periods have expired. The total supply is expected to be around 5.2 billion and 5.7 billion CFX, with token burns partially balancing moderate annual inflation.

Why Conflux Is Expanding Its PayFi Ecosystem

Current events have helped to improve the competitive positioning of Conflux Network. In June 2026, Fireblocks included custody services for CFX, with the development of the PayFi ecosystem through adding support for the Infini stablecoin, the Alchemy Pay collaboration, and BitUnion cards for worldwide payments.

Conflux Network plans to launch the next major update, version 3.0, in August 2026, which will result in increasing network throughput.

The ecosystem fund has dedicated 500 million CFX to PayFi ecosystem development. The further integration into wallets shows the ongoing growth through the second half of 2026.
