Stellar is showing signs of a potential bullish reversal as XLM develops an inverse head-and-shoulders setup with resistance near $0.22. Meanwhile, expanding USDT liquidity on the network could increase activity across payments, remittances, DeFi, and cross-border transactions, strengthening the ecosystem’s long-term growth outlook.

Stellar (XLM) is showing a potential bullish reversal, while Stellar’s expanding USDT ecosystem could strengthen network adoption. A confirmed breakout may improve market sentiment and support further upside for the XLM price as growing stablecoin activity boosts payments, DeFi, remittances, and cross-border transactions.

At the time of writing, XLM is trading at $0.1863 with a 24-hour trading volume of $144.4 billion and a market capitalization of $6.46 billion. Following the 7.22% gain over the last 24 hours, the XLM price structure and network growth point to a bullish reversal ahead.

XLM Price Targets $0.30 After Key Breakout Setup

According to the crypto analyst Crypto With Gopal, the XLM price is forming a potential inverse head-and-shoulders pattern on the daily chart, with the structure showing a left shoulder, deeper head, and developing right shoulder.

The neckline sits near $0.22, making this resistance zone crucial. A sustained move above it could signal that buyers are gaining control and strengthen the broader bullish reversal setup.

A daily breakout above $0.22 would then be considered valid and a move towards the $0.30 target possible.

However, traders should observe the XLM price and volume behavior on a daily basis at this breakout, as there is a possibility that a temporary breach above the resistance level might not necessarily mean a breakout.

USDT Expands to Stellar With $180B Liquidity

The data from Stellar further highlighted that with the entry of USDT liquidity into the Stellar network, there will be access to the huge liquidity of dollar-pegged coins for the network.

This might help Stellar play a more significant part in making payments, remittances, and transfers of digital coins easier through increased accessibility to popular stablecoin liquidity on the network.

This is also going to enhance the interoperability, as USDT liquidity can flow more easily through the Stellar network, while at the same time opening up possibilities for decentralized finance, trade, and cross-border settlement.

As the stablecoins are gaining more importance in the global crypto infrastructure, USDT liquidity will prove to be beneficial for Stellar in attracting more users.

What Comes Next?

The next steps for XLM will depend on breaking through the level of $0.22, which would signal the confirmation of the bullish formation and facilitate an upward move to the price of $0.30.

On the other hand, an increase in the liquidity of USDT might fuel the usage of the Stellar network.
