Zcash is drawing attention after a whale withdrew 26,070 ZEC from Binance and Kraken, raising interest in large-holder activity and exchange supply. Meanwhile, analyst Giannis Andreou outlines a potential recovery toward $2,000, contingent on ZEC defending key support and breaking through major resistance levels.

Zcash (ZEC) has attracted market attention after a whale accumulated and withdrew approximately $31.93 million worth of tokens from Binance and Kraken, according to Onchain Lens. The transactions have raised interest in large-holder activity and its potential impact on exchange supply.

Meanwhile, crypto analyst Giannis Andreou has outlined a recovery scenario targeting $2,000, provided ZEC holds its support zone and reclaims several resistance levels. Both whale activity and technical conditions will be important in assessing the token’s next move.

Whale Withdrawals Put $31.93M in ZEC in Focus

According to Onchain Lens, a whale accumulated and withdrew 26,070 ZEC from Binance and Kraken within minutes. The transactions involved 17,770 ZEC worth approximately $21.76 million from Binance and another 8,300 ZEC valued at $10.17 million from Kraken.

The combined withdrawals totaled $31.93 million, making the transactions notable for ZEC market watchers. Moving tokens away from centralized exchanges can indicate an intention to hold assets rather than keep them immediately available for exchange trading.

However, withdrawals alone do not confirm long-term accumulation or establish the whale’s intentions. The tokens could be transferred between wallets or used for other purposes. Subsequent wallet movements and exchange balance changes would help clarify whether the activity reflects sustained accumulation.

Exchange Supply and Buying Demand Remain Key Factors

The large withdrawals have directed attention toward ZEC’s exchange supply and potential buying interest. Traders often monitor whether significant outflows coincide with stronger spot demand and declining exchange balances, which could indicate changing market conditions.

The impact depends on what happens next. Continued withdrawals alongside sustained buying could reinforce the perception that large holders are accumulating ZEC. Conversely, transfers followed by deposits to other exchanges could suggest a different strategy.

Trading volume, open interest, and additional wallet movements would provide useful context. Without verified figures for these indicators, the reported transactions cannot independently confirm a broader bullish trend or an imminent price rally.

ZEC Support and Resistance Define the Recovery Setup

ZEC’s technical outlook depends on whether buyers defend the $1,180–$1,250 support zone identified by Giannis Andreou. Consolidation above this area could establish a base for a recovery attempt.

The first resistance lies at $1,320–$1,380. Reclaiming this range could strengthen the bullish setup, bringing the next resistance zone at $1,435–$1,500 into focus. Beyond that, the previous highs around $1,600–$1,680 represent a significant hurdle.

A sustained breakout above the previous highs, followed by a successful retest, could support a move toward higher levels. However, the setup remains conditional on price action rather than whale activity alone.

Analyst Sees Conditional Path Toward $2,000

Andreou assumes that the ZEC price will be able to reach $2,000 as long as it manages to keep its support and break successive levels of resistance. Andreou’s hypothetical situation includes consolidation around $1,180-$1,250, then the recovery of $1,320-$1,380.

Movement into the $1,435-$1,500 range will be yet another indicator of momentum. The area of $1,600-$1,680 still plays a vital role prior to making the move towards $2,000.

The downside scenario is just as important. Movement below $1,090 will mean that the analyst’s setup no longer holds and the recovery case will lose its strength.

What Comes Next for the ZEC Price?

What comes next for the ZEC price depends on whether buyers hold their ground on support and break past the mentioned resistance levels. Whales’ deals and exchange balances can be another source of information about the nature of withdrawals.

A retracement to $1,320-$1,380 would be an initial sign of success, and a break above $1,680 would bolster the prospects of a run towards $2,000. However, moving below $1,090 would make the technical structure currently in place invalid.

The $31.93 million withdrawal has increased attention towards ZEC, but persistent buying interest and positive price action will be required.
