Cardano (ADA) is showing signs of a potential rebound after a fresh Tom DeMark Sequential buy signal appeared on its daily chart. Meanwhile, Cardano’s use as a proof layer for Blockforce’s supply chain system, with more than 500,000 records anchored, adds to the network’s growing real-world adoption.

Cardano (ADA) is showing signs of a potential rebound as technical momentum improves, while growing blockchain adoption adds strength to its broader market narrative. The developments suggest renewed investor interest could emerge if ADA confirms a sustained recovery through stronger price structure and demand.

At the time of writing, ADA is trading at $0.1993 with a 24-hour trading volume of $308.75 million and a market capitalization of $7.32 billion. Following the 1.99% gain over the last 24 hours, the ADA price structure and network growth point to a bullish reversal ahead.

Cardano (ADA) Buy Signal Hints at Fresh Rebound

According to the crypto analyst Alith Charts, Cardano (ADA) is showing a potentially bullish setup after the Tom DeMark Sequential flashed a fresh buy signal on its daily chart.

The indicator has previously appeared near major ADA bottoms, with signals on June 25, July 15, and August 18 followed by rallies of 44.5%, 11.5%, and 50.9%, respectively.

This most recent signal indicates that the selling momentum is running out and that another ADA recovery might be on the cards.

However, the signal by itself doesn’t imply any sort of reversal in the trend. In other words, the price action along with support and resistance zones, among other factors, will have to confirm this signal.

Cardano Anchors 500K+ Blockforce Supply Chain Records

The data from Cardano Foundation further highlighted that the Cardano network has been launched as the proof layer for the supply chain traceability solution developed by Blockforce, with over 500,000 records already being stored on the blockchain network.

The technology ensures that confidential business information is kept secret using Hyperledger Fabric while proofs of records’ integrity are published on Cardano.

The technology shows the real-world application of public blockchains where data can be kept private but still have the possibility to be validated.

Furthermore, due to the joint efforts of engineers, the price of anchoring one piece of data has been reduced by 92%. It makes the technology even more scalable and suitable for mass use in supply chain management.

What Comes Next?

The way forward for ADA depends on whether the buyers are able to build on this recovery. The traders will watch out for clues such as volume, price action, and resistance levels, but any further adoption and enterprise participation on Cardano will be beneficial.

The failure to make a breakthrough may mean that ADA remains under pressure longer than expected.
