Zcash (ZEC) remains in a bullish macro structure despite its recent pullback, with analysts watching the $760–$694 zone for a potential liquidity sweep. Rising trading activity and increased ZEC-backed borrowing point to renewed market participation, while a move above $900 could strengthen the bullish outlook.

Zcash (ZEC) maintains a bullish macro structure despite the pullback, with a potential liquidity sweep viewed as a reset before another advance. Rising market activity and growing ZEC-backed borrowing further support renewed demand, while a breakout could strengthen the broader bullish outlook.

At the time of writing, ZEC is trading at $811.83 with a 24-hour trading volume of $630.89 million and a market capitalization of $13.67 billion. Despite the 2.1% loss over the last 24 hours, the ZEC price structure and network growth point to a bullish reversal ahead.

ZEC Price Eyes $900 as Bullish Setup Holds

According to the crypto analyst Eric Van Tassel, ZEC continues to show a bullish macro structure despite its recent pullback, with the cryptocurrency potentially entering a liquidity sweep toward the $760–$694 zone.

This area aligns with previous resistance and the upper boundary of the broader ascending triangle, making a successful retest potentially important for confirming the breakout and resetting elevated daily RSI momentum.

However, a swift plunge into this territory is not expected to undermine the bullish bias if ZEC promptly manages to retake this area.

The reason is that this plunge can create better liquidity conditions and serve as a base for the next move to the upside towards the resistance between $887 and $900. A positive response from CPI data can become the trigger.

Zcash (ZEC) Liquidity Recovers as Lending Grows

The data from RHEA Finance further highlighted that Zcash (ZEC) has come under active market participation once again with an increase in its trading volume of more than $15 million within 24 hours.

Moreover, 4,520 ZEC has been used as collateral for stablecoin borrowing, indicating a growing need for liquidity backed by ZEC holdings without having to sell them off.

The use of RHEA has also increased the utilization of ZEC from 30% to 70% such that the liquidity provided would help cover more lending activities.

This move may enhance the efficiency of capital and allow more stablecoins for borrowers, but higher utilization might mean less liquidity in times of volatile prices of ZEC.

What Comes Next for ZEC?

The next target for ZEC should be a test of the support zone between $760 and $694, a successful test of which may see bulls come back into play.

Bulls could drive the price back to the area of $887-$900 after this, while a break above $900 can indicate more upward movement.
