Arbitrum added $127 million to its stablecoin market capitalization over 24 hours, leading all blockchain networks in growth, according to RWA Foundation data. Meanwhile, analyst Bitcoinmeraklsi identifies $0.23 as a key resistance level for ARB, where a breakout could strengthen a potential inverse head-and-shoulders pattern.

Arbitrum recorded the largest increase in stablecoin market capitalization among blockchain networks over the past 24 hours, adding $127 million. The increase points to growing stablecoin liquidity on the network, which could support trading and decentralized finance (DeFi) activity. Meanwhile, crypto analysts identified $0.23 as a key resistance level for ARB, with a breakout potentially strengthening the token’s technical outlook.

Arbitrum Leads Stablecoin Growth

Arbitrum recorded the strongest stablecoin market-cap growth across blockchain networks over the past 24 hours, according to the figures shared by RWA Foundation.

Stablecoins are widely used across DeFi for trading, lending, borrowing and transferring value. An increase in their supply on a network can indicate that more dollar-pegged assets are available for these activities.

For Arbitrum, additional stablecoin liquidity could improve the capital available to decentralized exchanges and lending protocols. It may also make the network more attractive to users seeking lower-cost transactions compared with some alternative blockchain environments.

However, market-cap growth alone does not establish where the new stablecoins will be deployed or whether they will generate sustained activity. The data reflects an increase in stablecoin capitalization, not necessarily equivalent net inflows into ARB or the wider Arbitrum ecosystem.

Why Is Stablecoin Growth Important for Arbitrum?

Stablecoin liquidity is an important component of DeFi because users often rely on dollar-pegged assets to trade, provide liquidity and manage exposure to cryptocurrency volatility.

A larger stablecoin base can give applications more capital to work with and potentially support greater participation in decentralized financial markets. If the increase is accompanied by higher transaction volumes, lending activity and liquidity provision, it could signal stronger ecosystem usage.

The important distinction is between liquidity available on the network and value accruing directly to ARB. Arbitrum’s ecosystem can expand without producing an immediate increase in demand for its governance token.

For the longer-term outlook, sustained stablecoin growth combined with rising application usage would provide a stronger indication of adoption than a single day’s increase alone.

ARB Eyes $0.23 Breakout as Bullish Pattern Forms

Analyst Bitcoinmeraklsi identifies a potential inverse head-and-shoulders pattern on ARB’s chart. The analyst says the token has tested the expected right-shoulder support area and received a reaction from that zone.

In this formation, the neckline acts as a resistance level that price must break above to confirm the pattern. Bitcoinmeraklsi places that level near $0.23.

A sustained breakout above the neckline could strengthen the bullish setup and indicate that buyers are gaining control. A successful retest of the reclaimed level would provide additional confirmation that the breakout is holding.

However, if ARB fails to clear resistance, the pattern would remain unconfirmed. A renewed decline through the right-shoulder support area would also weaken the analyst’s bullish interpretation.

The $0.23 level is therefore the immediate technical focus in the supplied analysis, rather than a confirmed price target.

What Could Shape the ARB Price Outlook?

Arbitrum’s stablecoin expansion offers a positive ecosystem development, while its immediate price direction depends on whether the token can overcome the resistance identified by Bitcoinmeraklsi.

If stablecoin growth translates into sustained DeFi participation, it could reinforce the network’s adoption narrative. For ARB, however, a stronger technical signal would require price confirmation above the neckline.

Until that happens, the on-chain development and bullish chart pattern should be treated as separate indicators. Stablecoin growth points to activity within the ecosystem, while the price structure will show whether buyers are prepared to push ARB through resistance.
