Arbitrum is seeing stronger tokenization activity as Bitget Wallet’s tokenized stocks add more than $12 million in market capitalization on Arbitrum One. Meanwhile, ARB is testing the $0.198–$0.200 support zone within a falling wedge, with traders watching the pattern for a potential breakout toward $0.22–$0.23.

Arbitrum (ARB) is seeing continued growth in tokenized assets as Bitget Wallet’s stock tokens added more than $12 million in market capitalization on Arbitrum One over the past 30 days. The expansion was led by rMSTR, rOKLO, rMRNA, rVOO, and rCOHR. Meanwhile, ARB is testing a key technical support area as traders monitor a developing falling wedge formation.

Tokenization Activity Expands on Arbitrum

According to Arbitrum, there have been significant developments in the tokenized stock trading volume within the platform within the last month.

The stock tokens hosted by Bitget Wallet have seen an increase in their market capitalization totaling over $12 million within that time.

This rise was driven by various tokenized stocks such as rMSTR, rOKLO, rMRNA, rVOO, and rCOHR.

These tokenized stocks offer blockchain exposure to conventional equities and form part of the wider tokenization trend in the decentralized world. This is yet another example of finance use in the rapidly developing Arbitrum ecosystem.

Bitget Wallet Tokens Gain Market Share

The rise in market cap of stocks in Bitget Wallet is a clear indication that tokenized financial products are gaining traction on the Arbitrum One network. Tokenization is a process of representing existing assets on blockchain networks, which can make the asset available on digital networks.

Arbitrum sees the increased use of tokenized assets as another way to increase the utility of the network that goes beyond decentralized finance projects.

The latest expansion of usage for tokenized assets comes amid increasing competition among blockchain networks in terms of hosting real assets and other financial products.

ARB Price Forms Falling Wedge Pattern

Despite Arbitrum’s continued growth in its ecosystem, the ARB token has displayed a technical formation that has been highlighted by crypto analyst Crypto With Gopal.

The analyst noted that the ARB token is forming a falling wedge pattern, with the price now testing the lower support level at the $0.198-$0.200 level.

The token continues to experience pressure as it enters an extended consolidation phase, thereby causing a number of contracting moves in price inside the wedge formation.

Momentum has been squeezed inside the wedge as ARB moves closer towards the bottom trendline, making traders concerned about how the support holds up and whether buying picks up.

Key Resistance Could Trigger Breakout

A break above the upper trend line of the falling wedge would represent a breakout for the token, as per the technical setup presented by the analyst.

Based on this setup, any breakout above the upper trend line of the falling wedge would result in further expansion of the price of the token.

It is also worth noting that the $0.22-$0.23 area could be considered as the upside area in case of the breakout. Yet, the pattern will depend on the breakout above the resistance line of the wedge formation. Thus, until then, ARB will continue trading within the broader formation.

What Comes Next for ARB?

The increase in tokenization is contributing to the overall ecosystem story around Arbitrum because of the market capitalization in Bitget Wallet stocks. ARB is still within the falling wedge pattern near the support level.

Retaining the $0.198-$0.200 level can help keep the pattern intact, while the resistance level is essential in making a breakout.

There are also developments with Arbitrum with regard to network activity and market structure. The rise in the popularity of tokenized stocks is aiding its narrative, and ARB is nearing an important technical level after a period of consolidation.

Traders will be watching the $0.198–$0.200 support region and the $0.22–$0.23 target area.
