Avalanche is showing early signs of a bullish reversal as AVAX forms a triple-bottom pattern near key support. A breakout above $7.75 could open the path toward $8.50, while a sharp increase in smart contract deployments highlights stronger developer activity and supports the network’s broader growth outlook.

Avalanche (AVAX) is showing signs of a potential bullish reversal as buying interest strengthens around support. A breakout above resistance could improve the AVAX price outlook, while rising developer activity signals growing ecosystem engagement and could support stronger adoption, network usage, and long-term growth.

At the time of writing, AVAX is trading at $7.30 with a 24-hour trading volume of $285.9 million and a market capitalization of $3.15 billion. Following the 2.81% gain over the last 24 hours, the AVAX price structure and network growth point to a bullish reversal ahead.

AVAX Price Eyes $8.50 as Triple Bottom Forms

According to the crypto analyst Crypto With Gopal, the AVAX price is showing signs of a potential bullish reversal as a triple-bottom pattern develops on the one-hour chart.

The token has tested the $7.00 area twice before forming a third low near $7.05, highlighting repeated buyer interest. This structure suggests selling pressure may be weakening as traders defend the established support zone.

The biggest obstacle currently lies at the $7.75 level, and this may decide the future of AVAX. A convincing breakout and consolidation above this level would improve the bearish set-up and may take the price closer to the $8.50 mark.

However, a confirmation of momentum may be required from the bulls before they consider pushing up further.

Avalanche Contract Deployments Surge 204%

The data from MSB Intel further highlighted that Avalanche seems to be experiencing increased development activity on its blockchain, seeing a rise of 204% in the number of deployed contracts in the past month, to a total of 1.9 million.

This may indicate that more developers are engaging in activities on the network, possibly as part of their efforts to launch dApps and other on-chain solutions.

This significant increase in deployments may add credence to Avalanche’s larger story of growth as more developers build and experiment with new use cases on top of its platform.

If these applications prove successful, this could eventually contribute to greater utilization and adoption of Avalanche’s network. The market will be watching to see if this trend continues.

Following the bullish price predictions and network growth, the AVAX price is moving in an upward direction. This move is backed by the improving momentum in the crypto market as the BTC price has started to move upward.

What Comes Next?

Following this, traders should pay attention to any sustained breakout above the resistance level, as this will boost the bullish reversal formation.

A lack of a breakout may confine the coin to consolidation. On the other hand, continued efforts by developers may boost adoption of the network.
