AVAX is gaining institutional attention as Goldman Sachs brings its Treasury fund to Avalanche through Lynq. Strong RWA growth and a reclaimed technical level are adding further market interest as traders monitor AVAX’s recovery and key resistance zones.

Avalanche (AVAX) is attracting institutional attention as Goldman Sachs brings its Treasury fund to the network through Lynq. Growing real-world asset adoption is strengthening its role in financial infrastructure. AVAX has reclaimed a key technical level, while analysts monitor whether the recovery can sustain momentum and reach higher resistance.

Goldman Sachs Expands Avalanche’s Institutional Reach

Avalanche has attracted fresh institutional attention after Goldman Sachs moved its flagship Treasury fund onto Lynq, a private, permissioned Avalanche L1 designed for institutional digital-asset activity.

The fund gives eligible firms access to Treasury exposure through infrastructure already used for crypto trading and settlement. The development strengthens Avalanche’s growing role in institutional financial markets.

The fund is offered through Lynq, which is used by more than 30 institutional digital-asset firms, including B2C2, Wintermute, Galaxy, FalconX, and Fireblocks.

This setup allows institutions to put idle cash to work between trades while maintaining their existing digital-asset infrastructure rather than moving funds into a separate financial system.

The involvement of Goldman Sachs makes yet another significant traditional finance link between Avalanche and its institutional network.

The event demonstrates how blockchain technology is now more often utilized for settlement and capital management purposes as opposed to just cryptocurrency transactions.

Avalanche RWA Market Gains Accelerate

This is being witnessed at a time when Avalanche continues to witness impressive growth in its RWA market. According to the data from Avalanche, the blockchain network has witnessed a rise of $266 million in its RWA market capitalization over the last 30 days. This growth is higher than the cumulative growth witnessed by the next two blockchains.

The expansion also offers additional context to the move by the institution in question. The emergence of real-world assets is increasingly bringing conventional financial instruments to blockchain networks, while institutions continue their quest for the required infrastructure.

The growth of the RWA on Avalanche thus offers additional context for the Treasury fund move by Goldman Sachs.

The increasing activity of RWA can further enhance the institutional story of Avalanche as well. Instead of just focusing on speculation through cryptocurrency trades, the network is building an infrastructure related to tokenized assets and finance. The trend can potentially continue to be a key one to watch.

AVAX Price Recovery Strengthens as Price Targets $12

Recovery has been seen from AVAX with regard to the latest institutional movements. The crypto asset managed to reclaim a significant horizontal support after moving lower in terms of pricing during the summer.

The AVAX price managed to break above the level of $10, while the current trading has seen prices move towards the levels of $11-$12.

It is also notable due to its role as resistance in the previous decline. A breach higher could hold the recovery pattern intact, while failure to do so might put pressure on the pattern setup.

Another resistance level in September near $12 is another notable level, as high futures trading suggests significant interest in these cryptocurrency technical levels.

AVAX Price Breakout Could Push the Rally to $147

Crypto analyst Crypto Bullet pointed out the recovery and reclaiming of an important horizontal level by AVAX.

It is noted that AVAX would not be seen at its 2026 summer prices again, and three upward targets of $25, $65, and $147 are identified. These targets are technical targets, not real-life ones, and depend on further price movement.

For the configuration to be relevant, AVAX should not only keep the reclaimed horizontal space but also move forward into the resistance areas above its current price level.

The $25 zone is the first important objective in the outlook. The opinion from Crypto Bullet brings technical perspective, whereas Goldman Sachs and Avalanche’s RWA development are separate events.

What Comes Next for the AVAX Price?

Expansion of Avalanche institutionally and increase in RWA is beneficial to AVAX in terms of fundamental support as the coin tries to maintain its recovery.

The Treasury fund at Goldman Sachs presents another use case for Lynq, while the latest RWA stats show that there has been growth in financial assets that have been tokenized on the Avalanche network.

Technical analysis of AVAX suggests that the reclaimed horizontal space is still very significant for the crypto coin.

Thus, the $10 level can serve as a source of support, while the more recent one, namely $12, can serve as a line of resistance. Future developments regarding institutional adoption, RWA, and pricing will be important for Avalanche’s progress.
