Circle President Remains Focused on Long-Term Growth

Before that, Circle President, Tarbert, had talked about the stock price of the firm during his interview with FOX Business after the stock of CRCL dropped from about $260 to about $62.

Tarbert emphasized that the main focus of the company is to construct financial infrastructure for the Internet, and not to be affected by fluctuations in the price. Tarbert explained that “the stock will take care of itself” if the company fulfills its objectives.

This statement reflected the concern of the company regarding the development of the business rather than the stock price.

Insider Sales Continue to Draw Attention

Insider dealings are regularly made public through SEC filings and are observed keenly by investors for further analysis of the activities of the insiders. Nevertheless, there could be many reasons why a company’s executives decide to sell their stocks, such as personal financial planning, tax considerations, or simply the exercise of stock options, among others.

As long as the Circle President, Heath Tarbert, is still in possession of many CRCL shares, it is highly possible that the investor community will continue tracking both the SEC filings and business development of Circle.
