Elon Musk endorsed BTC prediction meme sells for $28K

Tesla’s Elon Musk has time and again expressed his interest in the crypto-verse. This sort of endorsement is mostly through Twitter either in the form of memes or cryptic messages regarding certain assets. While Elon Musk has publicly expressed his interest in Dogecoin [DOGE] and Bitcoin [BTC], the Tesla CEO was inclined towards DOGE. However, his latest meme included predictions for Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Once Bitcoin moved past its previous all-time high while simultaneously recording new highs, an array of predictions pertaining to the fate of the king coin started pouring in. While some suggested that BTC could go as high as $100K, a few others noted that the world’s largest cryptocurrency could reach $70K. Elon Musk had a rather bizarre prediction to make.

No one except for Musk could decipher the meaning behind his latest Bitcoin-related tweet. However, the person who curated the meme managed to garner immense attention.

Elon Musk’s BTC prediction

The person behind the meme was “hobby artist” Eva Beylin. Her meme was reportedly trying to portray “Love in The Time of Web3”. Despite not giving the author credits for the meme, it managed to fetch about $28K. Apart from this, Beylin revealed that she was extremely happy about this latest recognition, particularly from Musk.

Noting that she was a huge fan of Elon Musk, Beylin said,

“I am over the moon.”

Pointing out her future plans in the crypto and NFT space, Beylin stated,

“As a hobby artist, I’d never be able to reinvest in art or have my art paid for [without NFTs]. So, my thing has always been reinvesting back into NFTs.”

Bitcoin [BTC], during the time of writing, was quite far from its all-time high. The asset was noted trading for $61,400 with minimal price fluctuations over the last 24-hours. The market cap of the world’s largest cryptocurrency was at $1.15 trillion.
