XRP price is recovering after falling to $1.32 as Bitcoin rallies and altcoins regain strength. EGRAG Crypto is watching XRP’s 100 EMA for confirmation of a potential bottom.

The XRP price recently faced selling pressure alongside the broader cryptocurrency market, falling to a recent low of around $1.32. However, the market has started to recover as Bitcoin surged higher and renewed buying interest spread across major altcoins.

The latest inflation data has also helped improve sentiment. Headline inflation came in at 3.4%, while Core CPI fell to 2.4%, its lowest level in more than five years. Although the report was not perfect, it was viewed as a better outcome for financial markets than many investors had feared following the previous day’s hotter PPI reading.

The focus is now shifting toward Bitcoin and the Federal Reserve, as traders assess whether improving inflation conditions could influence the Fed’s future policy decisions.

Bitcoin’s renewed strength has already started to lift the wider crypto market. XRP is benefiting from this recovery, with the token gaining momentum after its sharp decline toward $1.32.

EGRAG Crypto Identifies XRP 100 EMA as Key Decision Line

Crypto analyst EGRAG Crypto has highlighted the 100 EMA on XRP’s three-day chart as the key technical level that could determine whether the recent market weakness has ended.

According to the analysis, the 100 EMA played an important role during the previous XRP market cycle. XRP previously reclaimed the indicator, held above it, retested the level, and then bounced higher. EGRAG believes a similar structure could develop again, but he wants to see confirmation before declaring that the bottom is in.

The confirmation would require XRP to record a 3D close above the 100 EMA, followed by multiple candles holding above the indicator. A successful retest and bounce would provide further evidence that the broader downtrend has ended.

In the meantime, EGRAG remains open to a further decline driven by macroeconomics. According to the analyst, $0.95-$1.00 is one of the possible last zones on the downside, whereas the current reaction zone lies between $1.38 and $1.40. Moving above the 100 EMA, $2.27 is the next level to be reclaimed, followed by $3.85.

Ripple Grows GSmart Adoption With New Treasury AI Tools

Beyond the broader market recovery, Ripple is expanding its GSmart AI capabilities within Ripple Treasury.

In the enhanced platform, there are policy-regulated applications that include forecasting, liquidity, risk management, reconciliation, and reporting. The AI systems will be able to watch treasury operations, flag possible problems, offer solutions, and refer to the company’s policies before executing the actions.

Ripple has also segregated financial calculations from AI-driven interpretations, thereby giving control of financial processes back to treasury departments without compromising auditability.

The adoption rates show increased use by eligible customers. As per Ripple, 60% of the eligible customers have Risk Insights, and 44% have Forecast Insights.

Although this does not directly influence XRP’s price in the short term, it gives us more context about the overall expansion of Ripple enterprise treasury infrastructure.

What Happens Next for XRP Price?

XRP’s short-term future will hinge on how long the recovery in the overall market holds up and if the price manages to return to the $1.38-$1.40 reaction zone before challenging the 100 EMA.

Breaking above the 100 EMA and then bouncing off of it could further bolster the bulls’ case for the asset and make the bulls target $2.27.

However, in the case of a breakdown in this indicator, it will provide room for yet another fall, with EGRAG monitoring the $0.95-$1.00 range. For now, Bitcoin strength and Federal Reserve expectations will be the major drivers for XRP and other altcoins.
