The focus comes as Korea develops rules for digital assets and security token offerings. It brings domestic institutions together with international blockchain companies. The event aims to connect Korea’s market with developments across Asia and the United States.

Injective Builds on Korea’s Growing Tokenization Activity

Injective has expanded its institutional activity in Korea. In July, POSCO International and LG CNS selected the network for a live pilot involving tokenized trade receivables. That partnership gives the Seoul event a connection to an existing Korean tokenization project.

Injective also launched Mint in September for issuing and managing tokenized assets with compliance controls. Institutions can define assets, assign permissions and bring them onchain without custom contracts. These developments show that the event is tied to an institutional infrastructure strategy.

Stablecoins are another major focus of the Seoul gathering. Injective announced in September that its native USDC became the canonical stablecoin standard across Cosmos and dYdX. The change is intended to reduce fragmentation by giving participating networks a USDC issuance source.

The development matters for institutional markets because stablecoins provide settlement liquidity for trading, payments and treasury activity. INJ says its USDC infrastructure supports both EVM and Wasm applications. The strategy places stablecoin settlement alongside tokenized assets.

The token remains about 89.46% below its March 2024 all-time high of $52.75. That gap shows the recovery has not restored INJ to previous cycle levels. The September 29 event could add an institutional-use narrative, but partnerships or measurable network activity will matter more than attendance alone.
