HYPE price is holding a bullish structure as traders watch resistance at $83.11 and $88.06 for confirmation of another breakout. Rising HIP-4 activity and fresh whale accumulation are adding strength to the broader Hyperliquid outlook, while a sustained move above $90 could put the $100 level within reach.

HYPE price is showing renewed upside potential as its broader bullish structure remains intact following a mid-August breakout. The token rallied from a consolidation base near $50–$54 and climbed above $90 before entering a short-term consolidation phase.

HYPE is trading around $82.67, remaining above its 20-day exponential moving average at $80.79 and 50-day EMA at $72.88. Holding above both levels keeps the broader trend tilted toward buyers.

According to the crypto analyst Crypto Tony, if the bullish structure continues to hold, HYPE could attempt another move toward its recent highs. A sustained breakout could eventually bring the $100 psychological level into focus and potentially push the token toward a new all-time high.

HYPE Price Faces Key $83 Resistance

TradingView chart analysis posted out that, the immediate focus for the HYPE price is the $83.11 level, which represents the middle Bollinger Band. Price is currently trading close to this resistance, making it an important level for determining the next directional move.

A decisive breakout above $83.11 could strengthen buying pressure and open the path toward $88.06. A move through that resistance would bring the recent high above $90 back into focus.

Meanwhile, the $78.16 lower Bollinger Band and $80.79 20-day EMA create an important support zone. Holding this area would preserve the current bullish structure and could provide a base for another recovery.

A sustained break below this zone could weaken short-term momentum and delay the move toward higher targets. For now, HYPE remains above its major trend indicators.

HIP-4 Activity Expands Across Hyperliquid

The technical setup is developing alongside stronger activity across Hyperliquid’s HIP-4 markets. Data highlighted by Hyperliquid Daily shows that HIP-4 generated $16.2 million in trading volume over the past seven days across 351,000 trades.

Activity is increasing beyond volume. Active wallets reached 2,963, up 1.5%, while trades increased 14.9%. This suggests existing participants are becoming more active as the user base gradually expands.

HIP-4 activities are also increasingly diversifying. Cryptocurrency markets made $7.6 million, which represents 47.8% of the total market. The sports sector made $5.4 million, which represented 34.1%, while the stock/commodity markets made $2.3 million, representing 14.5%. The economic market

From the distribution, HIP-4 is clearly spreading from the cryptocurrency-oriented prediction markets to other domains, such as sports that make up a sizeable part of the distribution and other traditional finance or economics events.

Permissionless Markets Could Boost Activity

Market deployers are also contributing to the growth. Outcome generated approximately $11.5 million, representing 71.1% of tracked volume, while the Hyperliquid team contributed another $3.7 million, or 22.6%.

Further growth in permissionless launches could lead to an additional boost, as it would enable third parties to build their own outcome markets. As per independent sources, there have been roughly 17,600 wallets and $395 million worth of cumulative HIP-4 matched volume until September.

In the case of HYPE, more activities on the platform would improve the underlying framework of the ecosystem. Although high levels of activity do not necessarily translate to price gains, it could help the bulls’ case.

Whale Accumulation Strengthens HYPE Outlook

Whale behavior is sending yet another positive indicator. As reported by Lookonchain, the wallet referred to as 0x6436 added to its holdings by purchasing another 308,569 HYPE, which amounts to $26 million.

With this recent addition, the whale’s overall holdings amount to around 4.05 million HYPE, which have a total value of around $322 million. The holdings were all staked.

The ongoing accumulation is quite noteworthy given the fact that the HYPE is trading very well above its previous consolidation levels. Staking the coins further indicates the fact that the whale intends to hold on to the position.

At this HYPE price level, the presence of good technical construction, increasing HIP-4 strength, and whale buying makes for a positive setup. Resistance levels start at $83.11, followed by $88.06, and then $90.

If the buyers manage to reattain these levels without losing their bullish structure, HYPE can move on to test $100. However, the support level at $78-$80 is important to preserve the whole bullish pattern.
